Ramona Burroughs is an experienced business strategist with over 20 years of demonstrated success working in the health care, education, manufacturing, and the non-profit sector. Her areas of expertise relative to corporations includes workforce planning, change management, talent management, compensation strategies, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and the activation of new large-scale operational sites.
As a Business Consultant, Ramona brings a proven track record in advising non-profit and religious organizations in mission, vision, strategy development, workforce planning, and comprehensive marketing strategies. She is also a frequently sought-after speaker for seminars, workshops, and keynote addresses on various topics related to leadership development, as well as an experienced University lecturer.
Lastly, and near and dear to her heart, Ramona serves alongside her husband and Senior Pastor, Mark Burroughs, at Connected Church, in Huntsville, Alabama. Ramona oversees the administrative activities of the church and leads the Connected Grace Women's Ministry, which touches women across the nation through various live and online events and social media platforms.
Ramona holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross Business School, a Masters in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University, and is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources through both the Society of Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute. Ramona is also a licensed and ordained minister, and a graduate of the Word of Faith International Christian Center Pistis School of Ministry and WOFICC Workplace Wisdom Institute .
